Maximum likelihood tree inferred from the combined ITS, LSU, gapdh, tef1-α and act sequence data for Phyllosticta capitalensis. The tree is rooted to Botryosphaeria stevensii (CBS 112553). RAxML bootstrap support values and maximum parsimony bootstrap support values equal to or greater than 50% are shown near the nodes (ML/MP). Ex–type/ex–epitype strains are in bold. The new isolate from South China region is indicated in red.
